Diet Advice
While each practitioner needs personal advice and guidance based on their Prakriti, following are general rules.
Have a regular routine of sleep, getting up, meals and exercise.
Avoid eating between sunset and sunrise; you may drink juices.
Foods totally avoided:
Refined, While Sugar
While Salt
Fried food, as Samosa, Pakoda
Ultra Processed Foods, as chips,
Commercial Bread
Tea with milk

Follow a Diverse Diet consisting of following foods to be taken as per wish:
Fruits, Natural fruit juices
Vegetables: Raw or cooked as per liking (Salads, especially Cucumber)
Green tea
Desi Ghee, Olive Oil
Gur, Khandsari
Pulses (Daals)
Cereals (avoid Wheat, Rice and instead take coarse millets like Jowar, Ragi)
Milk products: Butter milk is fine.
Eggs are fine in moderation
Meat: Avoid Red meat, can take Fish
Meal Frequency:
Small, frequent meals, say at 3 hour intervals during day time.
Isotonic Fluids
Take adequate water (at least 2 litres a day), so as to have at least one litre of urine output per day. Kaada made from extract of spices mix is recommended.
