Witness everything as a neutral observer
Try to visualize the position of Earth in the universe as a small dot.
Affirm:
I am not the body; I am not the mind. I am the Spirit.
• I do not need anything; I do nothing. Nothing can hurt me.
• I am the spirit, ever lasting joy.
• Visualize everything neutrally as though river is flowing in front of you, traffic is passing, crowd is moving, as a movie playing in front
• Visualize breath, heart beat as a neutral, dissociated observer; observe breath slowing down
• Become thought-less; imagine your self being in a capsule that is cut off from the world and body
• Let time stand still, imagine you are centre of universe.
• Observe the balance between two energies - Left nostril, Ida (Cool, Lunar), Right nostril, Pingla (Warm, solar)
* Prana Aggregation & Broadcasting -
• With thumb pressed against index finger
• Inhale Prana with tongue folder up, consciousness rising up the spine. Imagine Sun’s energy flowing in.
• Hold to spread Prana within, tense the body, feel the heat spread.
• Exhale with M of AUM chant, imagine showering light around, relax the body
• Be still, hold breadth to feel vibrations of AUM.
Conclude - 2 minute
• Rub both hands, and apply the palm around the eyes.
• Feel the glow around, celebrate with a loud laughter, maintain a deep smile.
• Express Gratitude to the Lord, and be optimistic that good will happen
• Prayer:

• Take a warm Yogic drink of Chatni (Amwala, Coinander, Mint, ginger, turmeric, green chillie) with honey
